Advocate for consistent, reliable funding and ensure responsive technical assistance, so businesses can plan, grow, and sustain long-term success. Ensure stability during county construction through clear timelines, communication, and financial mitigation for businesses impacted by construction.

Expand Access to Capital

Increase low-interest loan programs and flexible financing, especially for small and minority-owned businesses, as well as cut through red tape by streamlining processes and reducing licensing burdens so our small businesses can focus on growth.

Support Workforce Development

Create pipelines connecting residents to jobs while helping businesses recruit and retain employees.

Increase Equity in Contracting

Simplify certification and bidding processes so small and minority-owned businesses can compete and win.
